Terms of Service
Effective Date: January 1, 2024
This Master Service Agreement ("Agreement") governs your acquisition and use of the NanoLaunch services, API ecosystem, and launch platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the NanoLaunch infrastructure, ecosystem, or APIs (collectively, the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity.
2. Provision of Service & Execution Engine
The Service provides a suite of high-performance utilities and software distribution platforms. NanoLaunch utilizes edge-compute and client-side execution architectures. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with this Agreement.
3. API & Usage Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the execution engine.
- Automate queries to our interfaces in a manner that constitutes a Denial of Service.
- Resell, white-label, or redistribute our tools without an active Enterprise Partnership Agreement.
- Use the platform to launch or host malicious software, malware, or phishing applications.
4. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Service, including but not limited to algorithms, UX patterns, and the Launchpad infrastructure, are owned exclusively by NanoLaunch and its licensors. Submitting a tool to our directory grants us a worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute it through our network.
5. Warranties & Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS OR THAT EXECUTION WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall NanoLaunch, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your access to or use of the Service.

7. Limitations
NanoLaunch or its suppliers will not be hold accountable for any damages that will arise with the use or inability to use the materials on NanoLaunch's Website, even if NanoLaunch or an authorize representative of this Website has been notified, orally or written, of the possibility of such damage.
8. Revisions and Errata
The materials appearing on NanoLaunch's Website may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. NanoLaunch will not promise that any of the materials in this Website are accurate, complete, or current. NanoLaunch may change the materials contained on its Website at any time without notice.
